- Availability & Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability. Once we receive your request, we will confirm your booking via email along with payment instructions.
- Secure Payment: All payments are made via secure bank transfer. No credit card details are stored or processed through our website.
- Booking Confirmation: Your reservation is confirmed only after the payment is received. A detailed confirmation with the property address and check-in instructions will be sent by email.

3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp).

- In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, border closures, etc.), we will work with you to reschedule or provide a voucher when possible.

- Vellixa Booking acts as an intermediary between the guest and the property owner.
- We are not liable for unforeseen circumstances such as electricity outages, local events, or weather-related issues.
- All properties listed on our website are regularly verified, but we do not guarantee the behavior of third-party owners.
5. User Responsibilities
- The guest is responsible for providing accurate personal information during the booking.
- You agree not to use the website for fraudulent purposes or to submit false reservations.
- Any damages caused to the property during your stay may result in charges, as per the host's terms.
